Billing Analyst (1-year renewable Contract) - Kuala Lumpur

E2open is seeking a Billing Analyst for a 1-year renewable contract in Kuala Lumpur. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for the billing process for assigned areas, working closely with local countries and business partners to ensure smooth AR operations. This role involves preparing invoices and credit memos, validating sales orders in NetSuite, and assisting with acquisition integration.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring PO’s are received on time for billing.
• Owning the billing process for respective customers.
• Preparing and sending invoices and credit memos.
• Validating Sales Orders in NetSuite.
• Assisting with acquisition integration.
• Maintaining accounting controls.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Investigating and resolving billing disputes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, contracts, or sales support.
• Prior experience in a Shared Service Center environment.
• Solid customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.com is desired.
• Excellent English communication skills.
