Job Description
Carta is seeking a Program Manager to support the Fund Administration Venture Capital sales team. This role is crucial in helping the team achieve its goals by providing strategic sales support and ensuring operational efficiency. The Program Manager will work closely with various teams across the company to provide the sales team with the resources and support needed to succeed.Role involves:
  • Managing the flow of deals, including administrative tasks.
  • Mapping key accounts and identifying buyer personas.
  • Identifying high-priority funds for prospecting and expansion.
  • Providing research on target prospects and assisting with sales call preparation.
  • Tracking industry trends and competitor updates.
  • Managing and optimizing email campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to execute in a fast-paced, team environment with excellent time management.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on assisting sales representatives.
  • Articulate, poised, and concise communication skills.
  • Customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • Track record of success in a lead generation role is a plus.
  • Experience in Fund Administration, Venture Capital, Private Equity, institutional investing, or wealth management is a plus.
