Job Description
Carta is seeking an Implementations Specialist to join their Rio SMB/MM Team. The Implementations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring clients are successfully onboarded onto the Carta software, setting them up for long-term success. This role involves establishing strong customer relationships, migrating client data, coordinating with clients and law firms, and training clients on how to use Carta Software. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial services, customer relationships, project delivery, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities: - Establish strong customer relationships and inspire long-term loyalty.
- Migrate and maintain the quality of clients Data to Carta’s Onboarding Spreadsheet in Excel.
- Coordinate and manage inputs needed from both the clients and their law firms.
- Train clients on how to use Carta Software.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the on-boarding process.
- Work closely with product, engineering and our internal implementations leaders to improve the experience for our customers.
Requirements: - Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRMs (Preferably: Salesforce).
- Eagerness to learn or experience working with: Mixmax, Talkdesk, and Guru.
- Strong project management and organization skills - must be able to manage multiple on-boardings (40+) at a time.
- Familiarity or willingness to become familiar with Private Equity and Capitalization.
- Great people skills and a high degree of empathy.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
