Job Description
Archer, an aerospace company, is seeking a Staff SAP Application Developer to join their team in San Jose, California.   • Collaborating with business leads and outsourced managed services partners.
  • Leading the development and implementation of SAP solutions.
  • Managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.
  • Developing and maintaining custom code using ABAP, CDS, RAP, BADI, FIORI, and ODATA.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior developers.
  • Ensuring the quality and performance of SAP solutions.
Requirements:
  • 13 to 15 years of experience in SAP development and leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA 2021 and higher.
  • Proficient in ABAP, CDS, RAP, BADI, FIORI, and ODATA development.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with SDLC, SCRUM, Confluence, JIRA, CPGRC, ServiceNow, Eclipse, and BAS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • A base pay between 133,400 - 166,800 USD.
