Job Description

Viator, a Tripadvisor company, is seeking a Destination Manager to oversee the health and quality of its product offerings in a designated geographical territory. The Destination Manager will analyze trends, identify opportunities, and address challenges to optimize product variety, pricing, and availability. They will serve as a brand ambassador, focusing on destination growth and Viator's market position.

Responsibilities:

  • Curating and maintaining a best-in-class product offering.
  • Strategically acquiring new inventory to address product gaps.
  • Building and strengthening assigned destinations to enhance product selection and increase brand awareness.
  • Negotiating favorable commercial terms and monitoring key metrics.
  • Ensuring consistent availability and quality of key products.
  • Establishing Viator as a strong member in the operator community.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in B2B Account management or Sales
  • Online Travel Agency, operator, or travel experience is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial & Commercially Driven
  • Focused on growing the business and destination
