Job Description
Box is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the Enterprise West region. This role involves developing and executing co-sell strategies with key partners, including resellers, global and regional systems integrators (SIs), and hyperscalers. The Partner Sales Manager will serve as the strategic bridge between partners and Box's direct sales motions, influencing deal strategy and accelerating pipeline creation.

What this role involves:
  • Developing and executing partner strategies aligned with sales goals.
  • Identifying and recruiting key regional partners.
  • Creating joint go-to-market plans with partners.
  • Aligning partner motions to priority accounts and opportunities.
  • Driving joint account planning and multi-touch engagement strategies.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in partner sales, channel management, or enterprise sales within the SaaS or cloud ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful partner sales strategies.
  • Deep understanding of reseller, systems integrator, and hyperscaler ecosystems.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in the San Francisco, CA area with the ability to travel as needed (~25%).
