Cleo, a fast-growing unicorn focused on improving financial health, is seeking a Senior Product Engineer with Ruby on Rails experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate within a cross-functional product squad to develop user-enhancing features. The Senior Product Engineer will be involved in:

• Developing features to enhance users' financial health.
• Providing technical insight and leading feature delivery.
• Mentoring colleagues and supporting their development.
• Building data models, APIs, and business logic services in Ruby on Rails.
• Analyzing data to identify problems and generate ideas.
• Participating in product ideation, user research, and design reviews.

Requirements for this role include:

• At least 4 years' industry experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Passion for improving financial health.
