Senior Product Manager, Platform

Job Description

Recharge, a leading subscription platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Platform team. This team is responsible for building and scaling the technical infrastructure that supports Recharge's merchants. The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in defining and evolving the products that ensure the platform's scale and reliability.

The role involves:

• Defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for Recharge's core platform.
• Optimizing the experience and outcomes for recurring charge processing, payment retries, and the product catalog.
• Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Driving product features through the entire product lifecycle.
• Communicating product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Leveraging data and customer insights to refine product features and prioritize technical investments.

Recharge requires:

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience working on complex technical products with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort diving into APIs, events, and payment flows.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
• Willingness to travel 4-6 times a year.
