Job Description

Galaxy, a digital asset and blockchain leader, is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join their team in London. The candidate will play a crucial role in originating, structuring, negotiating, executing, and closing transactions throughout the entire transaction lifecycle. Experience in digital assets or related sectors is preferred.

• Providing advisory services on M&A, capital markets, and private placement transactions.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships for deal origination.
• Managing the end-to-end transaction process, including due diligence and financial analysis.
• Conducting financial analyses and valuation work.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
• Contributing to business development efforts.

• Experience in M&A, capital markets.
• Experience in digital assets or tangential sectors is preferred.
