Anthropic is seeking a Go-To-Market Recruiter to scale their teams across Sales, Partnerships, Applied AI, Revenue Operations, and Post-Sales functions in the EMEA region. This role is crucial for the company's global expansion across Dublin, London, France, and Germany. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at building relationships across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for multiple GTM teams simultaneously.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across EMEA markets.
- Partner with leaders to provide consultative guidance on talent acquisition strategy.
- Leverage AI tools, including Claude, to innovate recruiting processes and drive efficiency.
- Provide data-driven insights on market conditions and compensation trends.
- Champion and scale US talent acquisition best practices while adapting for regional nuances.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth GTM functions.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent searches in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for leveraging technology and AI to transform recruiting processes.
- Ability to build strong relationships and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Experience with data-driven recruiting and metrics-based performance tracking.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual (fluency in French or German is a plus).
