Job Description
The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Community Host for their Maastricht location. This role involves operating in front-of-house areas, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. The Community Host will provide welcomes, assist with check-ins, offer service in the restaurant and bars, and engage with guests to make their stay memorable. They will also be knowledgeable about TSH products and services, promoting them to guests.
Role Involves:
- Welcoming guests and assisting them upon arrival.
- Assisting guests at self-check-in kiosks.
- Preparing and serving food and beverages.
- Brewing coffee and mixing cocktails.
- Providing local recommendations and answering guest inquiries.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas.
- Assisting guests with requests related to facilities.
Requirements:
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
- Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Ability to handle responsibility and manage stressful periods.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Hardworking, responsible, and a proactive mentality.
- European citizenship or legal authorization to work in The Netherlands.
