Business Development Representative II, ANZ

Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company, is seeking a Business Development Representative II for its ANZ team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth within named accounts. The BDR will conduct research, execute strategic outreach, and engage in consultative discovery to build a high-quality pipeline for Account Directors in the Australia & New Zealand region. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for learning and growth, aspiring to become a top-tier technology Account Director.Responsibilities:

• Prospect & Qualify: Identify, research, and engage C-suite and VP-level prospects across the named accounts.
• Outbound Excellence: Run multi-channel sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to create new sales opportunities and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets.
• Account Mapping: Collaborate with Account Directors to build deep account intelligence: organisation charts, current technology stack, pain points, and buying committees.
• Discovery: Lead first-call discovery call, uncovering pain points, exploring how Recorded Future can add value, and secure a next steps meeting.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Enterprise Account Directors, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to craft tailored outreach campaigns.
• CRM Hygiene: Maintain flawless data in Salesforce
• Continuous Improvement: Leverage coaching, call reviews, and enablement resources to refine messaging and objection-handling skills.

Qualifications:

• Ability to take direction, be coached, and mentored
• Desire to pursue sales as a career
• Minimum 2 years of successful outbound experience, preferably in cybersecurity and SaaS product offerings
• Proven record of surpassing pipeline or quota goals in enterprise segments.
• Able to engage confidently with executive-level stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-starter mentality with the agility to thrive in a high-growth, data-driven culture.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
