Job Description
Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company, is seeking a Business Development Representative I for their Japan team. This role is a frontline catalyst for revenue growth in named accounts. The BDR will conduct research, strategic outreach, and consultative discovery to build a high-quality pipeline for Account Directors in Japan. They will collaborate with Enterprise Account Directors, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to craft tailored outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying, researching, and engaging C-suite and VP-level prospects.
  • Running multi-channel sequences to create new sales opportunities.
  • Building deep account intelligence.
  • Leading first-call discovery calls.
  • Maintaining data in Salesforce.
  • Refining messaging and objection-handling skills.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to take direction and be coached.
  • Desire to pursue sales as a career.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful outbound experience, preferably in cybersecurity and SaaS.
  • Proven record of surpassing pipeline or quota goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Self-starter mentality.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
