Senior, PCB Design Engineer

Job Description

Tenstorrent is seeking a Senior PCB Design Engineer to join their team in Belgrade, Serbia. The ideal candidate will have experience in mid to high-speed PCB design and a passion for high-speed technology. This role involves designing and laying out complex PCBs, creating and maintaining schematic drawings, and collaborating with internal and external engineers.Tenstorrent values collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to solving hard problems. • Design and layout of complex, 16+ layer PCBs.
• Create and maintain schematic drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing files.
• Assist with simulation and extraction of board models for SI and PI.
• Generate wire harnessing drawings, as needed.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure PCB design compatibility.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCB design and layout.
• Document design processes and provide training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in mid to high-speed PCB design and layout (at least 10Gbps).
• Experience with debugging radiated emissions.
• Familiarity with mechanical design considerations.
• Proficiency with PCB ECAD tools, Altium preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
