Job Description
Tenstorrent is seeking a skilled Buyer to support its supply chain operations across the U.S., Canada, and the Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region. Reporting to the Director of Commodity Management, the Buyer will manage purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders, oversee goods receipt processing, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities: - Issue and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders for direct and indirect goods.
- Review purchase requests and purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Place and manage purchase orders for components, assemblies, and resale items.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of purchase orders and suppliers.
- Coordinate the receiving process of purchased goods, verifying quantities and quality.
- Accurately record all received goods in the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP or inventory systems.
Experience & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience with SAP software.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Minimum of five years of experience handling the full purchase order lifecycle in ERP systems.
