Job Description

aCommerce is seeking a Product Manager to ensure the quality of its platform and drive business on Southeast Asia's e-commerce sites and marketplaces. The Product Manager will work closely with the product team to design and develop test plans and test cases, and drive continuous improvements to the quality assurance processes. They will also document and coordinate the deployment of manual and automated tests for complex systems.

The role involves:

  • Determining business priorities.
  • Translating business plans into product requirements.
  • Describing product requirements to technical team members.
  • Coordinating with the development team.
  • Working according to Agile processes.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Ensuring solutions fit into the platform vision.
  • Organizing effective support.
  • Driving collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Strong product management skills.
  • Experience translating business requirements into product functional requirements.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management.
  • Ability to represent complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand form.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with the software project life cycle.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
