Job Description
GumGum is seeking a VP of Account Management to lead the North America and EMEA account management functions. This role involves setting strategic goals, building company plans, and ensuring excellent customer service. The VP will lead a large, global team, fostering a high-performing, revenue-generating, and customer-centric organization. They will also drive transformational change and develop strong relationships across the sales organization. This position is based in Santa Monica, California, but GumGum offers a flexible work environment with the ability to work remotely, requiring occasional in-person collaboration.

Role involves:
  • Overseeing GumGum's North American and EMEA global account management function.
  • Driving effective recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
  • Translating strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth.
  • Operating as a trusted liaison between internal executives and the Account Management organization.
  • Partnering with internal executives to deliver strategic guidance.

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in high-growth AdTech environments.
  • Proven success in client-facing roles managing both IO and Programmatic (PMP) campaigns.
  • 8+ years in a management/leadership role managing global teams.
  • Experience managing relationships with publishers, agencies, and ad tech vendors in North America and EMEA.
  • Expertise in driving strategic value to customers and revenue growth through up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Based in Los Angeles, therefore ability to commute to Santa Monica office as needed.
