Chief Financial Officer

OffSec, founded by the creators of Kali Linux, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage the company's financial operations. The CFO will report to the CEO and be part of the senior executive team. This role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, aligning financial strategies with the company's growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models and budgets.
• Analyze revenue and pricing strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to company growth strategies.
• Prepare financial reports for the board.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations.
• Lead the finance team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a finance leader in a B2B enterprise sales-focused software business.
• In-depth experience with SaaS or recurring business model metrics.
• Experience leading financial operations for a business with global operations.
• Strong background in FP&A.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Drive tools.
• Experience evaluating and executing on expansion via acquisitions.
