Job Description
Google DeepMind is seeking a Marketing Insights and Measurements Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. This role is pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights for the marketing and communications teams. The analyst will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various internal and external sources to drive data-driven decisions and enhance performance. They will report to the Marketing Analytics and User Insights Lead.

The Role Involves:
- Owning marcomms channel metrics, including website and social media stats.
- Developing team self-serve dashboards.
- Conducting social media monitoring and analysis.
- Leading monthly team performance and channel reports.
- Analyzing website user behavior and journeys.
- Supporting reports following launches and competitor moments.
- Maintaining team Insight repository.
- Recommending and implementing new performance measures.
- Partnering with stakeholders to share learnings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Marketing Data, Insight analytics role.
- Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Brandwatch, Google Search Console, YouTube Analytics, and Looker Studio.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to synthesize information and translate data into practical recommendations.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and data visualization skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Commitment to learning about new insight tools.
- Confidence to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Hands-on social listening experience.
