Job Description

Leaseweb Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Officer to strengthen their Sales team in Montreal. The Sales Support Officer will be responsible for daily administrative support, ensuring smooth internal processes and an excellent experience for customers.

What this role involves:

  • Managing daily administrative tasks for the sales team.
  • Handling customer requests for administrative changes to contracts and services.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Order Delivery, Technical Support, and Customer Care teams.
  • Managing the general sales queue, dispatching tickets, and tracking assignments.
  • Ensuring timely responses to assigned sales tickets.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Excellent cooperation and customer orientation skills.
  • Previous experience (2-4 years) in a similar administrative or sales support role.
  • Basic technical knowledge; SAP experience and Leaseweb certification are considered a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
