Job Description
YouGov is seeking a Senior Survey Manager to join their Survey Management Service Team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for the successful delivery of research projects, acting as a key link between client-facing and operational teams. The Senior Survey Manager will ensure surveys are executed smoothly throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves:
  • Attending kick-off calls with Researchers to review project details.
  • Serving as the interface between Operations and Client Services, managing the project lifecycle.
  • Scripting basic to medium complexity surveys using in-house software.
  • Liaising with the scripting department for complex survey support.
  • Updating milestones via the Ops Request tool.
  • Coordinating with the Operations team for chart deck updates.
  • Formatting tables and verifying Crunch Links for client delivery.
  • Providing feedback to Researchers through the Quality Team.
  • Training and supporting junior team members.
  • Contributing to the development of team workflows and processes.

Requirements:
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with various business areas.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with quantitative research surveys.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
