Job Description
IMC is seeking a Workday HRIS Specialist to join their HRIS team and optimize HR processes. This role involves collaborating with a global team of Workday specialists and key HR stakeholders to ensure Workday is optimally configured. The specialist will leverage their in-depth knowledge of Workday business processes, security, and key modules like HCM and Reporting to maximize system functionality and process efficiency.Responsibilities:
  • Co-own the HRIS suite of tools within IMC.
  • Configure Workday HCM processes to meet team needs and suggest improvements.
  • Coach HR generalists to optimize HR system usage.
  • Automate and streamline Workday processes.
  • Review Workday functionalities for optimal use.
  • Configure Workday to support IMC's future growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Workday HCM experience (Core, business processes, reporting, security).
  • Familiarity with at least one additional Workday HR module.
  • Strong collaboration and process improvement skills.
  • Passion for HR tech innovations and continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into tech solutions.
  • Agile team experience and mentoring skills are a plus.
  • Self-driven mindset with a focus on innovation.
