B2B Event Marketing Manager EMEA

Job Description

Pendo is seeking an experienced and motivated Event Marketing Manager to join their EMEA Field marketing team in London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning and running both first and third-party event programs, including field events, third-party sponsorships, and corporate events. This role requires close alignment with the sales organization and global marketing team, with a focus on lead generation, pipeline growth, and deal acceleration.

The Event Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in creating innovative and strategic marketing programs and events that drive business results. They will have a passion for data-driven marketing and creating unique experiences to enhance brand awareness, customer relationships, and position Pendo as a premier partner for software experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the EMEA event calendar.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing and sales teams.
• Plan, execute, and manage regional in-person field marketing events.
• Plan, execute, and manage third-party sponsorships.
• Plan, execute, and manage regional customer conferences.
• Analyze event and program performance metrics.
• Travel to events to oversee on-site execution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality content assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and effective communication skills.
• Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to travel.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in B2B SaaS event marketing.
• Creative and strategic thinker that is detail-oriented.
• Ability to leverage corporate campaigns alongside field initiatives.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and Splash.
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
• Any other language fluencies.
