Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to join their team in Munich, Germany. This individual will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and closing enterprise sales deals with large brands and enterprise businesses across the DACH region. The role reports to the RVP Enterprise Sales DACH and is an individual contributor position.Role Responsibilities include:
  • Working full-cycle deals throughout the sales process.
  • Researching and prospecting into target Enterprise companies.
  • Building and managing a territory plan and strategy.
  • Demonstrating the Pendo platform to new and prospective customers.
  • Partnering with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and CS teams.
  • Navigating prospective customers through trials and proof of concepts.
  • Contract and pricing negotiation.
  • Contributing to Pendo's Sales team culture.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Enterprise sales experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in closing deal sizes 100k-$1m+ ARR.
  • Consistent track record of hitting goals.
  • Ability to learn technology basics.
  • Ability to work in team-based complex sales cycles.
  • Fluency in German & English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MEDDPICC and/Force Management Methodology preferred
  • Willingness to learn in a high-paced sales environment
  • Technical or Product Management background
  • Past SDR/BDR or Strong PG background
