Job Description
Vaco is seeking a Finance & Accounting Recruiter to join their team in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves identifying, screening, and managing candidates and consultants for contract and direct-hire positions. The Recruiter will work with the sales team to fulfill open job orders and manage candidates throughout the hiring process. They will also collaborate with business stakeholders and leaders to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.
The role involves:
- Proactively identifying, assessing, and recruiting qualified talent.
- Updating and utilizing a candidate skills matrix.
- Performing weekly interviews.
- Generating leads through professional relationships.
- Utilizing Bullhorn to log activity and manage business.
- Collaborating with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 12 – 18 months of experience in finance and accounting staffing recruitment.
