Job Description
PHD, a growth-focused media agency, is seeking a Programmatic+ Director to lead client accounts and campaigns. The Programmatic+ Director will report to the Head of Programmatic+ and manage client relationships in the display and programmatic space. They will oversee the successful end-to-end delivery of all display activity across multiple DSPs, improve buying practices, and develop programmatic products.

The role involves:
  • Overseeing display activity across multiple DSPs.
  • Improving buying practices using first-party data.
  • Developing programmatic products with department leads.
  • Delivering best practice brand safety and ad-verification.
  • Supporting the Head of Programmatic+ to deliver trading deals.
  • Leading all audit & data requirements.
  • Working with key vendors for priority access to new products.
  • Providing personal development plans for team managers.

The ideal candidate should have:
  • A background in Programmatic Display.
  • Experience running a high-performing team.
  • Strong operational skills.
  • Technical knowledge of the programmatic marketplace.
  • Experience building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
