Instawork is seeking a Retail Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing team. This role is crucial for establishing strong business relationships between Instawork and enterprise retail organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mid-market or enterprise sales and a passion for exceeding quota.Instawork is the leading flexible work app for local, hourly professionals. Its digital marketplace connects thousands of businesses and more than five million workers, filling a critical role in local economies.What This Role Involves:

• Establishing collaborative business relationships with retail enterprise companies.
• Executing the sales strategy for Instawork's B2B mobile marketplace app.
• Reaching out to executives and key decision-makers in the retail sector.
• Utilizing a consultative sales process to demonstrate Instawork's value.
• Ensuring a top-notch first experience for new customers.
• Strategically working an assigned account list to acquire new clients.
• Providing accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans.
• Collaborating with the VP of Partnerships and cross-functional teams.
• Providing actionable product feedback.
• Maintaining excellent Salesforce hygiene.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales.
• A track record of consistently exceeding quota.
• Experience following a sales process and methodology.
• Successful experience selling into national retail businesses.
• Willingness to work hard in a high-growth startup environment.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
