Instawork is seeking a highly motivated Retail Enterprise Account Executive to join their expanding team. This role is pivotal in fostering strong business relationships between Instawork and enterprise retail/merchandising organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in mid-market or enterprise sales, demonstrating the ability to consistently exceed quota.Responsibilities:
Establish collaborative business relationships with retail enterprise companies.
Execute the sales strategy for Instawork's B2B mobile marketplace app.
Reach out to executives and key decision makers in the retail sector.
Utilize a consultative sales process to demonstrate the benefits of Instawork.
Ensure a top-notch first experience for new clients and focus on account growth.
Strategically work an assigned account list, focusing on new client acquisition.
Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans.
Collaborate with the VP of Partnerships and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
Provide actionable product feedback to supporting teams.
Utilize technology tools and maintain excellent Salesforce hygiene.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales.
A consistent track record of exceeding quota.
Experience following a sales process and methodology.
Successful experience selling into national retail businesses.
Willingness to work hard in a high-growth startup environment.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, and Salesforce.
Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
