Job Description
SmartBear is seeking a Product Designer to join its team in Wrocław, Poland. The Product Designer will be a member of a highly experienced team and will have the opportunity to participate in the design process from beginning to end. This role involves designing complex workflows and features using the design system to deliver user-friendly experiences. The Product Designer will translate business and user challenges into intuitive solutions, lead end-to-end design initiatives, and collaborate with UX researchers and project teams. They will also partner with product managers and developers, present work in team reviews, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
  • Experience designing data-heavy, multi-step workflows and complex interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and other modern design tools.
  • Skilled in creating interactive prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience working alongside UX researchers.
  • Ability to design thoughtful, user-focused, and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with B2B UX/UI patterns and workflows.
  • Fluent in English at B2 level or higher.
  • Relevant educational background in design, HCI, psychology, or related fields.
