The Staff Frontend Engineer will join a pillar of adaptable engineers who ship working software. The role involves collaborating with engineers, designers, UX writers, data analysts to develop features improving users’ financial health. Mentoring colleagues and working on the React Native application.

What this role involves:

  • Joining a cross-functional pillar to develop features.
  • Collaborating with senior peers to provide technical insight and lead delivery.
  • Mentoring colleagues and supporting their development.
  • Working on the React Native application.
  • Using AB tests and feature flags to iterate quickly, and using data to optimize the Cleo experience.
  • Participating in product ideation, user research, and design reviews.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 5+ years industry experience of using React or React Native.
  • Passion to make a positive difference in society by improving the financial health of users worldwide.
