Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Manager to lead its strategic ABM Center of Excellence (CoE). This role is pivotal in driving integrated, data-powered campaigns aimed at growing pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and deepening customer relationships. The ideal candidate will own the ABM strategy and execute scalable ABM initiatives across top Select, Enterprise, and Commercial accounts, collaborating closely with global campaigns, sales, field marketing, and product teams.This role involves:
- Designing and scaling ABM campaigns
- Using ABM as a foundational campaign strategy
- Partnering with sales leadership for strategic outbound initiatives
- Defining KPIs and tracking performance
- Collaborating with creative teams for compelling messaging
- Working cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer journeys
- Partnering with field marketing for bespoke experiences
- Building and maintaining an ABM Resource Hub
- Staying ahead of ABX trends and embracing experimentation
Requirements for this role include:
- Deep knowledge of account-based strategies and integrated marketing execution
- Familiarity with platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, and Salesforce
- 4+ years in B2B marketing
- 2+ years of experience leading projects, programs, or people
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Sales-centric mentality with strong empathy for sellers
