Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to drive global execution across Manufacturing, Remanufacturing, and Reverse Logistics activities. This role is based in Houston, Texas, and requires the candidate to work primarily in the office. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational readiness, execution excellence, and supply continuity while managing escalations, risk mitigation, and planning activities across Pure Storage's Contract Manufacturer (CM) network. He/she will partner closely with internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers to support both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining operations. A strong focus on Remanufacturing, Reverse Logistics, and RMA Process Management will be critical to success.

Role involves:
  • Driving end-to-end supply chain execution for Production and Remanufacturing.
  • Leading escalation management for Manufacturing, RMA, and Logistics issues.
  • Managing Remanufacturing workflows, reverse logistics programs, and returns processing.
  • Supporting NPI activities, including planning for capacity and materials readiness.
  • Identifying and mitigating operational risks across Supply Chain and Reverse Logistics.
  • Leading material planning and forecast execution.
  • Partnering with CM's to drive operational excellence.
  • Monitoring and driving performance improvement programs with suppliers.
  • Collaborating with Logistics and Trade Compliance teams.
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for Supply Chain execution activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, Remanufacturing, or Reverse Logistics.
  • Proven experience in RMA Processes, Escalation Management, NPI Execution, and Supply Chain Planning/Forecasting.
  • Strong background in Contract Manufacturing and Operational leadership.
  • Solid understanding of Global Logistics, Trade Compliance, Inventory Control, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to drive operational improvements, risk mitigation, and process optimization initiatives.
