Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of user psychology and conversion drivers.
  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, CRM, SEO, or related fields.
  • Ability to work with high agency and independence.
  • Competency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • AI-literate with understanding of limitations and best practices.
  • Proven record of A/B testing and conversion rate improvements.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to select the right tools and frameworks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
