Requirements:
- Strong understanding of user psychology and conversion drivers.
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, CRM, SEO, or related fields.
- Ability to work with high agency and independence.
- Competency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- AI-literate with understanding of limitations and best practices.
- Proven record of A/B testing and conversion rate improvements.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
- Creative and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to select the right tools and frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
