Job Description
Signifyd is seeking a Head of Solution Design and Delivery to lead a team responsible for providing clients with technical solutions. This role involves driving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as bookings, POV conversion rate, and revenue go-lives. The Head of Solution Design and Delivery will serve as an advisor, leveraging data-driven, technical value propositions and building trust with various client personas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of high-performing people managers.
- Develop relationships with technical and executive sponsors at strategic clients.
- Serve as a technical consultative expert on Signifyd’s offerings.
- Strategize, design, and execute cross-functional best practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, data science, and operations stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years experience in software delivery, engineering, or sales engineering roles.
- 4+ years of experience in a people-management capacity.
- Strong technical background in API-based system integrations.
- Proven ability to engage directly in sales cycles.
- Experience in managing complex software development projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Mastery of business intelligence reporting platforms (esp. Looker), Javascript / HTML / browser technologies, Jupiter notebooks / Python.
