Job Description
Appian is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of Appian projects within its client base. This role involves nurturing accounts from initial successes to enterprise-wide platform adoption. The Technical Delivery Manager collaborates with Appian Sales during sales cycles, ensuring customers understand the value of Appian's product and rapid adoption methodologies.

The Technical Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive, high-performance, and collaborative culture aligned with Appian’s values. They provide coaching, feedback, and mentoring to support the career progression of consultants within Appian.

Role involves:
  • Supporting pre-sales activities, including scoping, proposal responses, and Statements of Work.
  • Overseeing the delivery of Appian projects to meet client expectations.
  • Interfacing with Appian Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management.
  • Developing strategies for customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Leading the development of methodologies to improve Appian’s Customer Success Packaged Offerings.
  • Understanding client business strategies and developing technical solutions.
  • Providing mentorship and career management to consultants.
  • Managing financial reporting and accountability for projects and resources.
  • Assisting with external recruiting efforts.
