Job Description

Appian is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join their technical marketing team in McLean, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be passionate about online community, developer engagement, content creation, digital marketing, and website design. This role involves working closely with key business stakeholders and managing a prioritized backlog to deliver high-quality applications and experiences.

Appian values in-person collaboration and expects employees to be in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with technical functions within Marketing, including Website Design, Production, and online Community.
• Focus on the prioritization and delivery of features, content, and experiences.
• Learn, collaborate, and grow within the technical Marketing sphere.

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work across multiple teams.
• Excellent empathy and communication skills.
• Passion for user experiences focused on highlighting software innovation.
• Interest in conversion and engagement-focused online community experiences.
• Competency with using qualitative and quantitative analytics.
• Ability to define and own product goals and OKRs.
• Internship within a Marketing function preferred.
• Preferably, experience with Adobe Platform.
