Product Manager (2025 Graduates)

Job Description

Appian is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in McLean, Virginia. This role involves being embedded as a product owner on a small team of engineers, interacting with key stakeholders, and owning the prioritized product development backlog. The Product Manager will ensure the team delivers high-quality software with each iteration. They will also share ideas and receive feedback on features through design sessions, mockups, UX reviews, and usability testing.Appian was built on a culture of in-person collaboration, which they believe is a key driver of their mission to be the best. Requirements:

• An understanding of what a roadmap for an enterprise software product looks like.
• The ability to prioritize what we should build and when.
• The ability to empathize with both stakeholders and end users.
• Sharp negotiation skills, impressive organization, and superb writing abilities.
• A passion for software!
• Student pursuing a STEM major
• Team oriented, collaborative approach to problem solving
• Strong commitment to delivering quality work
• Prior experience in a product management role, technical program management, or product-oriented technology role
• Command over written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
