Appian is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead and manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in enterprise software sales and experience managing and coaching a team. This role involves defining sales territories, assigning quotas, and fostering relationships with key clients and partners.

What this role involves:
- Leading and managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Defining sales territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts
- Coaching and developing team members to enhance performance and drive success
- Collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies
- Fostering relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth
- Meeting or beating quarterly and annual bookings target
Requirements:
- A successful track record delivering results in enterprise software sales as a sales team leader
- Experience managing and coaching a team throughout the full sales cycle
- Strong ability to define territories, assign quotas, and drive account planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive pipeline growth and revenue success
