Job Description
Appian is seeking an Account Executive to focus on the insurance industry in Australia. The Account Executive will be responsible for expanding Appian's presence in the general and health insurance sectors, with a focus on greenfield opportunities. The role involves top-of-funnel marketing, prospecting, and managing complex sales cycles. Responsibilities:
  • Navigating complex insurance industry sales cycles.
  • Leveraging internal resources and working cross-functionally.
  • Delivering presentations to senior LOB & IT audiences.
  • Aligning customer goals and KPIs to the Appian value proposition.
  • Actively understanding industry trends and positioning against competitors.
  • Crafting and executing territory and account strategies.
Requirements:
  • 10-15+ years of direct selling experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years insurance experience as an Enterprise Account Executive.
  • History of consistent quota achievement.
  • Strong industry network within customer and partner base.
  • Strong job tenure.
