Appian is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead and manage the growth of their Enterprise sales team, focusing on the Federal Health sector. The role is based in McLean, Virginia, and reports to the Area Vice President, Civilian.Appian is a software company that automates business processes.   • Achieving booking targets across the US.
  • Leading a team of 4 to 8 Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts.
  • Managing and coaching team members.
  • Assisting in sales cycles.
  • Working with resellers & channel partner teams.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of direct sales experience.
  • 5+ years in enterprise software sales as a sales team leader.
  • At least 2 years of experience selling to or with Federal Civilian contractors focused on the U.S. Public Sector space.
  • Working knowledge of business process automation.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
