Job Description

The Part Time Credit Controller role at dmg events requires an individual to maximize cash-flow and minimize bad debts for a range of clients. This role is based in the Redhill office and requires working 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Debt-chasing via phone, email, and letters.
  • Working international hours to maximize debt collection.
  • Maintaining records of communication with customers.
  • Efficiently handling account queries.
  • Responding to internal and external queries.
  • Traveling to other offices and overseas events for debt collection.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a finance department.
  • Experience handling international payments.
  • Experience in the events industry (desirable).
  • Knowledge of finance systems, especially Salesforce and Financial Force.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
