Job Description

PALO IT is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join their team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will leverage their software development expertise and AI tools to accelerate development cycles and drive innovation. The Senior Fullstack Software Engineer will work closely with project teams and business stakeholders, providing technical expertise to enable innovation through traditional development practices and AI-augmented workflows.

Role Involves:

  • Driving Fullstack development with AI-augmented practices.
  • Ensuring code quality through testing, code reviews, and AI-assisted analysis.
  • Understanding DevOps workflows and implementing CI/CD automation pipelines.
  • Designing high-performance, scalable solutions using AI-powered approaches.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for AI enhancement in applications.
  • Leveraging AI tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Staying current with emerging AI technologies and development practices.

Requirements:

  • Deep technological expertise and a strong software development background.
  • Experience in developing scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
  • Proficiency in working with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ...).
  • Understanding of prompt engineering principles.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with AI tools.
  • Critical thinking to validate and verify AI-generated code.
  • Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of common programming patterns and principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience (8 years minimum for senior).
