Analista Pleno de COE

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Analista Pleno de COE to join their Distribuição de COEs team. The role involves data analysis and support in optimizing internal processes related to financial products. The professional will identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in financial operations, enhancing the client experience.

The position is based in São Paulo, SP, and requires 100% onsite work.

Role Involves:

• Developing analyses and reports to optimize internal processes.
• Collaborating with commercial and operational teams to resolve inconsistencies and optimize financial product flows.
• Contributing to the evolution of internal processes with a focus on data and quality.
• Maintaining clear and collaborative communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data or Production Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration, Economics, or related fields (in progress or completed).
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Analytical profile with attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal communication and proactivity.
• Interest in the financial market.
• Availability for 100% in-person work.
