The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new opportunities to expand the company's global presence, shaping their international strategy, and managing key strategic partnerships. • Maintaining a deep understanding of the crypto industry.
• Sourcing and identifying the correct partners.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with top partners and clients.
• Driving collaboration with partner and internal teams.
• Working closely with trading teams to address client requirements.

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development.
• Proven experience in crypto business development.
• Solid understanding of crypto trading and market-making dynamics.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Global experience is highly desired.
