Medical Data Project Associate (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Medical Data Project Associate to join its Medical Excellence team in France. The role involves contributing to medical initiatives with a direct public health impact, working with the Global Medical Data Program Manager to transform medical data management and interoperability.

The role involves:

• Structuring Doctolib's Internal Clinical Data Model with French Specificity
• Defining Medical Interoperability & Codification Strategy in France
• Ownership of French Medical Terminologies and Datasets
• Co-building Doctolib's unique Patient Data Codification tool
• Building and sharing internal knowledge about medical data management with external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Extensive Experience in Data and Interoperability Projects (minimum 5 years in France)
• Structured and Analytical Mindset
• Detail-Oriented and Inquisitive
• Result and Action-Oriented
• User-Centric
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Fluent in French and English (Italian or German is a plus)
