Grafana Labs is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. This remote role, based in California, Oregon, or Washington, focuses on engaging with users and prospects to guide them through their Grafana journey, identifying new business opportunities in partnership with the Sales Team, and developing valuable skills. The SDR will balance reactive and proactive work, responding to inquiries and reaching out to target accounts. They will use research and AI to craft thoughtful messaging and drive business conversations.
Role Involves:
- Building and maintaining knowledge of Grafana's technology, competitors, and industry trends.
- Following up on inbound leads effectively.
- Using a multi-channel approach (email, social, calling) to proactively outreach to new leads.
- Using Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management.
- Prioritizing and customizing outreach to target prospects and accounts.
- Driving effective discovery conversations to understand user needs.
- Consistently meeting new business opportunity and pipeline targets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
