HoYoverse is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support its Singapore operations. The HRBP will work alongside business leaders to shape team dynamics, champion talent strategies, and drive people-first initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for gaming.Responsibilities:

• Understand team structures and workflows.
• Build open communication channels.
• Identify and address gaps in HR processes.
• Foster collaboration across teams.
• Drive the performance management cycle.
• Advise leaders on organizational design and talent growth.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies.
• Address employee relations matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years in an HRBP role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Product thinking approach.
• Fluent in Chinese.
