Insurance Consultant

Job Description

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking an Insurance Consultant to drive digital transformation in the financial services industry. The consultant will work closely with customers and the development team to analyze, capture, and prioritize requirements for new customer experience initiatives. They will manage customer expectations and translate their vision into implementable projects.

The role involves:

• Gathering, defining, and prioritizing project requirements in collaboration with the client.
• Writing functional requirements using use case specifications or user stories.
• Performing business process gap analysis and managing requirement changes.
• Acting as a "product owner" to guide the team in maximizing project and customer success.
• Collaborating with technical teams to configure and optimize the customer experience.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A university degree in business or IT.
• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role and in a client-facing position.
• Experience working in a Scrum environment.
• Experience in requirements management and/or process modeling.
• Experience in creating proposals, presentations, and change management plans.
• Knowledge of multiple development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Kanban, SCRUM, Waterfall).
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• Perseverance and pragmatism to solve complex problems.
• Ability to perform under pressure and work in a multicultural and international environment.
