Sales Support Analyst – Liquidity Provision/Market Making

Galaxy is seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Analyst to join their team in London. Galaxy is building products and services to help the world invest in economic progress. Galaxy is a digital asset and blockchain leader helping institutions, startups, and individuals access and navigate the crypto economy.

The Sales Support Analyst will support the expansion of Galaxy's market-making services across various digital asset ecosystems, working closely with sales, trading, and operations teams. This role involves acquiring new counterparties and partners globally and growing Galaxy’s existing business.

What this role involves:

• Assisting the team with growing the Liquidity Provision/Market Making business.
• Collaborating on and refer additional protocol efforts.
• Working with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for clients.
• Staying up to date with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency market.
• Assisting in crafting proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Working on automating reporting and optimizing processes.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics, or a related degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the crypto sector/trading companies is an advantage.
• Genuine interest and strong understanding of cryptocurrency and the digital asset ecosystem.
• A network of contacts within the crypto industry.
• Strong written and verbal skills, fluent in English is mandatory.
• Ability to communicate internally and externally, work with deadlines, organize and prioritize tasks.
