Job Description

Galaxy, a leader in digital assets and blockchain technology, is seeking a Solution Engineer for its GK8 division. This role involves collaborating with the sales team, delivering product demonstrations, and answering technical questions during the sales process. The Solution Engineer will develop tailored solutions for clients, build strong relationships, provide ongoing technical support, manage implementation processes, and conduct customer training sessions.

Role Involves:

• Collaborating with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations
• Developing customized solutions tailored to client needs
• Providing technical support to existing customers

• Relaying customer feedback to product and development teams

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Pre-Sales Engineer or Solution Engineer experience in finance, cyber security, or blockchain
• Strong technical skills and understanding of complex technological products
• Experience working with clients in international markets, especially LATAM and the Americas
• Experience working with global teams in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with blockchain technology is an advantage
